Paras Loomba
Paras is the Founder of GHE and is passionate about merging technology and tourism to bring development access to remote communities. He is an Antarctic Expedition member and a WTTC Tomorrow for Tourism Awards juror.
Jaideep Bansal
Jaideep Bansal is an IIT Bombay graduate and the CEO of GHE. He leads strategy, partnerships and impact projects. He is a Young Global Leader of the WEF and is also an Aspen Fellow.
Simarpreet kaur
Simar is a tourism graduate and works on building the entire homestay and sustainable tourism initiative of GHE. She has travelled extensively across India and is also a master trainer for homestay livelihood projects.
Madhurjya Sarma
Madhurjya, with a Masters in Tourism, leads Northeast India operations, focusing on various impact verticals while also looking at tourism related development work. He has represented India at Expo 2020
Mustafizur Rahman
Mustafizur Rahman with a masters in tourism leads community projects in Northeast India focusing on clean energy access and skill development.
Tsewang Dorjey
Tsewang Dorjey leads the onground operations of GHE in Ladakh and is also focused on scaling up impact initiatives through village mobilization, need assessment and community connect.
Stanzin Yangskit
Stanzing Yangskit (Nikki) is a passionate entrepreneur and local coordinator, ensuring seamless travel experiences for the homestay tourists in Ladakh with her enthusiasm for hospitality and homestays.
Mayank Pratap
Mayank is a tourism graduate associated with GHE’s marketing and outreach team, where he contributes to hospitality training efforts, documentation and knowledge resources.
Abu Kehfa Hazazi
Kehfa, a TISS Mumbai graduate, works in women and child development, focusing on women’s and child health, livelihoods, and social impact.

Shiv Kumar manages accounts and HR affairs at the organization, ensuring smooth financial operations and effective human resource management, playing a key role in the organization’s success.
