Paras Loomba
Paras is the Founder of GHE and is passionate about merging technology and tourism to bring development access to remote communities. He is an Antarctic Expedition member and a WTTC Tomorrow for Tourism Awards juror.
Jaideep Bansal
Jaideep Bansal is an IIT Bombay graduate and the CEO of GHE. He leads strategy, partnerships and impact projects. He is a Young Global Leader of the WEF and is also an Aspen Fellow.
Simarpreet kaur
Simar is a tourism graduate and works on building the entire homestay and sustainable tourism initiative of GHE. She has travelled extensively across India and is also a master trainer for homestay livelihood projects.
Madhurjya Sarma
Madhurjya, with a Masters in Tourism, leads Northeast India operations, focusing on various impact verticals while also looking at tourism related development work. He has represented India at Expo 2020
Vishaljeet Singh
Vishaljeet is a mechanical engineer and an avid videographer. He leads sustainable development and carbon projects across multiple geographies. He has represented GHE at COP 26 in Glasgow and is a Yunus Fellow.
Mustafizur Rahman
Mustafizur Rahman with a masters in tourism leads community projects in Northeast India focusing on clean energy access and skill development.
Sumit Dhiman
Sumit Dhiman comes from industry experience and handles the Monitoring and Evaluation of the projects, including ensuring long term sustainability through robust maintenance.
Maqsood Ahmed (Max)
Max is passionate about tourism as a driving force for development and is working on scaling up GHE’s operations in Northeast India through new verticals around afforestation and community tourism.
Dinesh Menaria
Dinesh Menaria, a Science graduate and MBA with 14+ years of experience, manages partnerships at GHE. He comes with a rich experience in the social sector and is driven by his passion for purposeful travel and mountains.
Stanzin Yangskit
Stanzing Yangskit (Nikki) is a passionate entrepreneur and local coordinator, ensuring seamless travel experiences for the homestay tourists in Ladakh with her enthusiasm for hospitality and homestays.
Tsewang Dorjey
Tsewang Dorjey leads the onground operations of GHE in Ladakh and is also focused on scaling up impact initiatives through village mobilization, need assessment and community connect.
Witerson M Sangma
Witerson is a teacher by profession and has been working with GHE focusing on overall community development in multiple regions of Northeast India. He has a strong connect with the rural communities.
Shiv Kumar
Shiv Kumar manages accounts and HR affairs at the organization, ensuring smooth financial operations and effective human resource management, playing a key role in the organization’s success.
